Loris Azzaro

Loris Azzaro, a French fashion designer, was born in Tunisia. 1962, he came to Paris to set up his line. Six years later, his business became a huge success. He was well known for producing glamorous party dresses for the French society's elite. Often his designs featured daring cut outs and ornate beading. In order to make intricate chainmail dresses and tops, he used brightly colored chains woven onto shirts.
Today, his label continues to release clothing but is now more popular for its fragrance line, but the original Loris Azzaro vintage collection's pieces are still very much in demand.
